I made a small online purchase from The Bed Post. Sadly, due to no fault of theirs i had to return the item. I have to say, the customer service i received was excellent. And i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Always excellent customer care and service
Service and advice were suitable with one exception. We were not made aware of the manufacturers recommendation that the mattress should be turned initially on a weekly basis and subsequently on a quarterly basis. As a couple in our 70s the challenge almost defeats us. I was disappointed that this advice was not communicated at the time of sale.
Great service and a lovely bed at good value. Extremely easy from the store visit to arranging delivery to really friendly and polite delivery people. Highly recommend.
