I got a frame back in July and I love it. By no fault of these great people a weld broke on my frame. I text them and by the next day Chris called me. I sent him some pics and by the next day I have a new frame. You cant get great service like this in a lot of stores now an days but these guys are great. Chris thank you for all your help with my problem.

The Bed Boss have fantastic comfortable beds - great products backed up by a great service. We recently got two memory foam mattress from Bed Boss. One mattress didn't fully expand and with one e-mail a replacement mattress was delivered at a time convenient to us. The replacement mattress fully expanded in the time stated. I had my first good night of sleep in a long time after purchasing the Bed Boss Heavenly Hybrid mattress. It was very reasonably priced and feels so good when you lay on it! Kristen gave us great customer service and was quick to respond to any questions we had during our purchase and delivery.
