Best mattress ever. I bought my bed boss mattress 5 years ago and the top developed a tear. I contacted the company to see if there was anything I could patch it with. I didn’t realize they sold entire new covers for the mattress! It arrived to my home within 3 days and it looks like I have a brand new bed! This mattress is my favorite investment. And a shout out to Kristen for being so nice and helpful!

I am a side sleeper and the cutout gives room for your shoulder perfectly. It has a firm feel but cushions your head just right. I had a Bed Boss pillow for years and could never find any other pillow that was as comfortable. Easy enough, I ordered a new Bed Boss.
I’ve had my mattress for several years now. Maybe six or seven. I have never had a problem with it, even in a couple of moves, and it has kept its form and firmness. Will definitely get my mattress there again when I need to get a new one.
Fabulous customer service!! I couldn’t find the bed cover that we currently have and reached out via email. Kristen responded quickly with answers to my needs. I ordered the cover and added pillows to try. We are excited for the upgrade cover :) thank you!
