RecommendedI got 2 of the crown pillows when I bought my mattress in 2012. I have alternated use over the last 8 years and have just had to replace with new. These pillows are great, especially if you have neck problems. You can see how flat the old one is vs the new one .. can’t beat the longevity for the price.
I purchased the Heir ET not even 2 years ago and not only was the mattress uncomfortable and made my boyfriend and I toss and turn, it gave my boyfriend back pain. So we decided to renovate our bedroom and when we moved the mattress, I noticed there was moisture between the box spring and the mattress. Come to find out we have been sleeping on MOLD. Great product for side sleepers. Replacing original Bed Boss pillows we purchased several years ago.
Had my first one 2 years, developed a sag/hole...now my replacement is getting to the same point. The rep told me the first time to try and fluff up the Matresses??? They did finally give me a new one, but wanted to ship it to me, I bought it locally... luckily the beaker was able to give me the new one and have mine shipped to them. Was also told I had to put plywood on my foundation because the slats are spaced too far apart. We had a GREAT experience with the Bed Boss! Received our mattress very quickly! Also, received a reply to a question we sent quickly as well (less than 24 hrs!). Customer service is great and mattress is VERY comfortable too! Would highly recommend the Bed Boss!
