We bought a king size adjustable base (the 404) on Amazon from The Bed Boss. At first we only received half of it, as the other half was damaged in transit by the carrier company and consequently sent back. I contacted Chris at The Bed Boss and had a new half at my door 3 days later. The level of customer service was what won me over from the start, before I even had a chance to test out the product. Great company & great product! My 404 adjustable bed allows us both to sleep better than we ever have. Chris Couch was also very helpful and went above and beyond to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this company!

I absolutely love the great customer service by Chris Couch. I love my new mattress and pillows. I never thought that I would like my mattress this much, but my best bed ever in close to 60 years. I also have always liked feather pillows, especially when they are only half full. I stand corrected now and if you don’t have a Bed Boss pillow you should get some!! Thank you again Chris for getting me what I needed for a good night’s rest every night!

We purchased the Bed Boss Rejuvenate 2 years ago and LOVE it! After a couple moves, our cover had taken a beating. I reached out to customer service by messaging. Seriously, I received a call in under a half hour. Accomodating, friendly and professional. The new cover is on it's way in under 24 hours. Now that is customer service.
They went above and beyond to make sure that not only was my bed delivered but to follow up when I wanted an item that was backordered. Their products are great and I love sleeping in comfort now with the 404 adjustable bed. Thank you!
