I am extremely impressed with the outstanding level of care my budgie received during his recent feather cyst removal. From the initial consultation to the follow-up, the veterinary team were professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining the procedure and aftercare. How lucky you all are to have this amazing veterinary practice in your area. Whilst on holiday our shihtzu needed emergency care and then all day in the vets hospital then more tests the day after. We have just completed her treatments and can not praise the staff enough. Beyond friendly yet so professional, everyone we met on the staff couldn’t do enough to help and sort our situation.
