I would highly recommend Christine. Since my first session with her I have seen such improvements in the way I think and feel about what I struggle with. She was so kind and patient and met me where I was at every week to help me focus on what was important and my overall goal. Christine is friendly, easy to talk to and down to earth. I had resisted addressing my concerns previously but Christine made me feel very comfortable and hopeful that the hypnotherapy could help and it has!
