Amazing food selection and great staff. Just had the deep fried black eyed peas and they are a must try. Pulled pork and oyster po boys are legit good. Fries are the best. home made hot sauce is awesome. Will be back for more.
Went there last week with my wife and must say it was average. The chicken PO Boy I had was nothing like th PO' Boys I had in New Orleans. It was just braised chicken with maybe some sort of sauce that could not be tasted. My wife's andouille sausage was more like a burger and didn't really have that "pop" of flavor one would expect.. But the thing that surprised me most is that Jambalya wasn't on the menu. Maybe its on the menu on different days. Great variety on the menu.I had the collard greens and the blackened catfish.Great prices along with awesome atmosphere.The drink menu is seriously amazing. For sure a must if your going into Bethlehem! Great job !

Food is amazing. Tyler, the chef, is amazing in all he does!! I have brought MANY people to the bayou and ALL Have been very impressed. Jerry is awesome with all the drinks!!!! Mo&cristain did an amazing job with the place!! Everyone involved makes is worth while and worth the waits!!!
