Very clean restaurant,food was excellent,staff was very attentive! If you like southern cuisine your gonna love The Bayou!!
Absolutely amazing atmosphere, kind of expected nothing less with Cristian, Mo n Jerry!!! delicious New Orleans cuisine so far from the traditional flare were used to in the valley, Chef Tyler is in a league all his own, truly a master at what he does! I don't just "like" The Bayou I love it!
Great atmosphere, delicious food, felt like home. Looking forward to the outside dining and bands. Wonderful addition to Bethlehem's restaurant scene. Well done guys!

Love the cozy feeling when you walk in and the staff was AWESOME and ready to serve and please the guest. The food is" off the chain" so proud of my son and his friend for going after their Dreams!Hats off to the Chef for the collar greens!!
