Very good, gave a clear insight into my injury and ways to help it.
Highly recommend The Bay Clinic and great Osteopath Damien. I went there in pain and, after listening intently and diagnosing the reason for my pain, he set to work on a plan. I have only had a few appointments and am now signed off, with very little pain after the first session and none after the second. I was so relieved and can't thank Damien enough. I now do maintenance exercises to help myself. Thank you, Damien!
I visited James who was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach. James carried out an initial ultrasound and promptly diagnosed my condition which he explained, clearly. He also discussed a treatment plan going forward. I only wished I knew about Bay Clinic earlier and highly recommend their services.
