They stole £8000 from me. Im desperately trying to survive bone cancer, spent my life savings on a bathroom through this company so to be comfortable during my treatment. They took my money. Removed my old bathroom and then left, claiming bankruptcy. I now have no bathroom and no money.
We recently used The Bathroom Place. Obviously this is my personal opinion, but just wanted to warn against using this company, we had quite a number of issues, I won’t go into them but certainly wouldn’t recommend them and wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.
Very slow at getting back to you. Leads you to believe you would get an idea of cost the next day, after measuring and it just hasn't happened for me. Then they won't answer the phone.
Very pleased with our new shower room that we have had done, dumetru was the fitter and you cant fault his work, he is very thorough, totally recommend the bathroom place, from initially walking into the show room to full installation, we are over the moon with the end result
Absolute disaster of a company!! The first installer made such a mess of my bathroom, a list of 25 odd snagging points, they had to get another installer in to put it all right!….who himself doesn’t know how to use a spirit level and installed everything uneven!! They then said they wanted to strip it out and start again…I refused!! So a bog standard bathroom refit which was like for like turned into a 3-4 month nightmare…avoid this company at all costs!!
