How does it say this shop is still open when the guy who owns it has just been sent to jail for taking customers money and not doing the work!!!
Richard is not to be trusted as I found out to my horror. He presents well on first meeting He'll show you his impressive catalogue,charge you a high price for substandard goods,ie a toilet with a seat that doesn't fit & I found out since it's so out of date there isn't a seat to match on the market. The plumbers he employs to carry out the work are not up to the job in a professional manner. They cut corners at every oppertunity & present such a poor finish. Absolute con man. Took my money, fitted cheap shower unit, which was smaller than I paid for. It has leaked from day one. He has a multitude of excuses for why the work is so shoddy, now ignores me completely. Wish I’d read the articles in 2021 Stoke Sentinal before I parted with my money.
Please do not give this man one penny of your hard earned money. We had a new bathroom fitted in November 2022. The shower base cracked in January 2024. The best he could offer was to be supplied with a new tray at trade price. When I pointed out that he was responsible under the Consumer Rights act 2015 for the replacement he ceased all communication. So he has left us without a shower since January 18th 2024. Not been happy with our bathroom from the beginning. We bought it in July 2022 and eventually, after a lot of cancellations, it was fitted in the November. A few things were wrong such as supplying a heated towel rail when it wasn't chosen, I felt the built in cabinets are cheap and nasty despite Richard saying the company made kitchens for footballers etc. We are still waiting (now 2024) for our wash basin to be replaced, it has a flaw under the glaze, and it's looking doubtful it will ever get done.On January 18th the show... read more
