Many thanks to Jack at the Bathing Machine for helping me quickly place an order for a shower tray and then gracefully allowing me to cancel when I discovered my fitting timescales were not aligned to the delivery timescales (my fault!). There was a bit of to and fro involved which I'm grateful to Jack for making it painless. Great service!
Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and other staff were pleasant too. The showroom was very well laid out and had examples of high quality bathroom products including tiles. Jack produced an excellent plan for us using high spec design software. I would highly recommend The Bathing machine.
