Had excellent advice and guidance from Rien from start to finish, including the recommendation for fitters who were also excellent. Most importantly, Rien understood my budget and designed for that rather than pushing for more (which I experienced elsewhere). I think the end result is amazing, thank you!

We had fantastic service from The Bath Works. This is the second time we have worked with Rien and she is great. She has a thorough knowledge of all of the products she can supply and she is incredibly responsive and proactive. Rien is by far the best bathroom supplier/consultant we have worked with.
