This company took full payment in April 23 but failed to deliver most of our kitchen. They repeatedly promise to deliver but don’t turn up. They have stopped communicating. We are having to take legal action to seek to recover some of the thousands of pounds owed. Needless to say, I strongly discourage anyone entering into any arrangement with this business.

We were doing a refit for our pub in Cheam, Surrey. However, as many of the existing fixtures & fittings date back to the 1850s we had to find bespoke cabinets as we simply couldn’t find what we were looking for ‘off the shelf’. Tried a few ‘local’ companies but they were expensive & the lead time from order to deliver was months. Found these guys online. I hired the bath kitchen project to design, supply and install a bespoke kitchen. They listened to all my must haves and managed to include all of them which was quite a task given the layout. They were very professional, reliable and customer service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them to anyone. 11/10.
