Fantastic consultation and level of detail. We were moving down south and they ensured all three bathroom fittings were double checked and colour coded ahead of delivery. They even provided us with the brochures with tabs on each page so that fitters had no issue following the build instructions. Brilliant to work with.
We had a new bathroom done by The Bath House earlier this year, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. Steve and Joanne were really friendly and helpful when we were choosing our bathroom, and talked us through all of our options. The fitters, Jack and Owen, were friendly, professional, and very hardworking. We were involved throughout the whole process, and any questions that we had were answered promptly.
