Decided to finally do something about the pain in my toe and happened upon the Barn Clinic in London. I met with Robin who I found to be very polite and informative when guiding me through the treatment process. On the day of the treatment, once I had the injection to numb the area, I chatted with Robin all the way through the process. I couldn't feel any pain at all. Warning!! This business is possibly a scam. Paid £150+ deposit before appointment. Arrived at Harley Street location. No ‘Barn Clinic’ markings, they are renting a room or totally absent. No answer at door, no answer on the phone line either.
I really was impressed by the results, having twice previously had steroids injected to no avail, apart from some slight initial discomfort this has really made such a difference no more pain, Highly professional and very pleasant would recommend to anyone who is suffering from Morton's neuroma and needs a permanent solution. The intervention was also 100 times less painful than the steroid injection I had previously done privately which lasted only a couple of months.
After years of pain with two Mortons Neuromas, I was offered conventional excision surgery on the NHS. The risks , side effects, long recovery period and the certainty of permanent nerve damage, lead me to thoroughly research alternatives .
