The staff are rude and disrespectful
Unfortunately didn’t get grippy socks
I had been waiting over 1 year for this appointment & was letdown by the "professional" I had it with. There was no courtesy towards me. They were running late & never apoligised. A trainee was present on my arrival & I wasn't asked if that was ok. I wasn't being heard/listened too either. No wonder this place has appalling reviews - You can't even get the basics right!
Was here for couple of months, did not enjoy it at all. Some staff were alright but some also treat you with disrespect.
