When I first came to Ben with my sciatica pain I was in constant discomfort with mobility struggle day to day. Within a few sessions with Ben my pain started to decrease and I started to become more mobile and able to progress at the gym etc. I have now gone from weekly treatments to once every month just to maintain the progress as its life changing. After moving to Birmingham ~15 years ago I tried numerous local chiropractors (unsuccessfully) before finding Ben at the Back Room Clinic. Very knowledgeable and friendly, always finds and solves my variety of neck/back issues, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone having back problems.
I had one of the worst lower back pains imaginable, Faheem pinpointed and explained the exact issue. Within 2 weeks my pain reduced massively and I could function much easier during the day. Will be back for further sessions happily.
After taking a long break from chiropractic services I was starting to experience pains in my neck, back and knees again to the point where I was losing sleep and struggling to sit at my desk for long periods. Thankfully, I found The Back Room! The location is super convenient and service always 10/10 friendly and efficient.
