Totally bizarre treatment received today when i was told my appointment could not be fully completed as "my time was up " as next patient had arrived and was waiting ! I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and was asked to complete a fairly lengthy questionnaire which had been emailed to me only the previous day (did not see it till late in the evening).
