Went for my appointment, waited at the reception desk for good 5minutes while receptionists were chatting in the next door room. One of the ladies came out, but didn't acknowledge that someone is waiting (I even said "hello"). I decided to sit down and wait, 20 mintes later noone called me. Worse GP surgery every. And that's not the first time, but this time I had no time to wait. Luckily I don't have to go there often! Wasted trip and wasted appointment, but I guess they don't care.
