Once again we brought our 2008XC90 (and not that it is brought in often, except for car washes) and once again we are treated like it is brand new. Our experience with our Volvo's and the service manager, Marc Kubil, are always so enjoyable. Marc makes every experience a happy one. He is totally outstanding and always wants to please. I bought my first and only car here in 2004 and it is still running strong, thanks in no small part to the excellent service I've gotten over the years from Marc Kubil, who I know would never steer me wrong, and the top-notch mechanics.
Being in the service industry I know how you need to stand behind your products and services. That being said I wanted to let everyone I know to be aware that Autobarn of Oak Park did not do so. I purchased a 2012 certified Volvo XC70 on 12/31/15 and to date I have spent more than $1500 on service repairs. I took it in last week for my 30,000 mile check up and was informed that I needed new rear brakes and rotors and that would cost $700. I have not even put 8,000 miles on this car. I havent bought that many cars, but this was the easiest transaction and Jesse Dishner was fantastic and truthful and helpful. When i need another car there is no other place i will go.
The search process was a little trying because the name of the part was different than expected. The check out process was easy after identifying the right part.
