We just bought our very first PreOwned Volvo for our son! It was a phenomenal experience, from start to finish. We don’t even live in Winston-Salem and Daniel Holder was so accommodating to our page long (almost unrealistic) requests ☺️ He was beyond genuine, went more than the extra mile, super efficient, and I have never seen someone more knowledgeable about Volvos than him! Humongous kudos to Daniel and his team for their genuineness and not making us feel bad for being way beyond closing hrs still there (twice!!).
I was completely satisfied with Volvo of the Triad and especially our salesperson Thomas!! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Thomas has followed up to see if we are enjoying the car and if we have any further questions on it. I will definitely return for future needs!
