I recently had to replace our XC70 due to an unfortunate accident. Lorena Mena worked hard to help us find a vehicle to meet our needs. She helped us find a newer vehicle with less mileage than what we had. We are thrilled! We have been with Volvo of Oak Park all the way back to when it was Shepherd Volvo in 2000. We have been a customer of Marc Kubil for many years under different ownerships. The service provided by him has always been top notch; issues addressed in a timely manner and with extreme competence. There is never a problem too small that doesn't get Marc's full attention. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority with the service department which Marc heads up.

Simply the finest sales and service department I have ever dealt with. When I bought my car I was looking for a specific used model with minimal mileage. I went to Oak Park Volvo Autobarn because they had more selection than other places. I appreciated that they let me take my time to come to a decision. The sales staff was attentive but not pushy. They return my call the next day about changing the quantity on the original order. They changed the quantity right away and I received the exact parts & quantity one day ahead of the estimated time of delivery. Will buy parts again from them because they are efficient and reasonably priced parts.
