i went in for an oil change and a mirror to be replaced, i don't even have a Volvo but they were so nice and helpful and was able to get everything done i need! Marc kubil was a huge help with the paperwork, he keeps a tight clean shop very impressed

Jimmy is incredibly passionate about Volvos, this isn't just a job for him. He believes in the brand and is extremely knowledgeable about these high end luxury cars. Jimmy is hands down the BEST sales person I've ever encountered. His product expertise is superb and he's so down to earth and friendly. I work in the automotive finance industry and with over a decade in that arena, I know great customer service when I see it. I felt comfortable with him from the very first handshake to him handing me the keys for my XC90. I drove down from Milwaukee and it was the best decision ever.
