I just had my car serviced at Volvo OP. The experience was made better by Robert Fellows and his gentlemanly and courteous manner. He issued me a loaner that was a newer version of my car so driving it was effortless. Robert stayed in touch with me while the car was in the shop. My experience could not have been more satisfactory.
Although the news on my vehicle was disapointing, the service manager, Todd Maca, with whom I dealt , was very friendly and helpful. He spoke with me at length about my car and its problems and gave recommendations. I am no stranger to the Autobarn and am sure that I'll deal with them again.
Came here vs Howard Orloff which is right down the street. Came to buy some OEM parts and will definitely be back again.
These people are amazing! Don't waste time calling the other local dealership (we did to no avail). We're from out of town and Valerie and Marc took care of us BIG TIME! Great dealership!!
Had a great experience getting a new Volvo at the Autobarn with Steve Adamik as my salesperson. I emailed him and ask him to arrange for me to test drive the two models I was interested in driving. They were out front and ready when I arrived. I made my decision but had to leave for an appointment. The I returned the paperwork was ready and the process was hassle free. The service and the whole environment is friendly, welcoming and feeling like you are at home!
Great place to buy a car and to have it serviced. Always very helpful, friendly, and they keep you on the road. I have owned Volvos for 30 years and have always been very satisfied ( with one exception). The XC70 I now have has been the best and Marc Kubel makes the service experience efficient and timely.
