We love our unit, it was very clean upon move-in (and I'm very particular), and the community is quiet and mellow overall. I moved sight unseen from New York State and am glad I chose this location and Apartment community- it is an excellent value for the rental cost... the management is responsive and they are always trying to improve it and make it a better place to live...the diversity and professionalism of this community makes it a great place to call home! Since I moved... (Verified Renter) Since I moved to The Aspect in January of 2017 I've had no issues other than parking. Luckily I'm located very close to Cromwell circle so if i do have to park on the curb, it's not a big issue. Over all my experience has been great.
