The quality of... (Verified Renter) The quality of the apartment is very low. It is obvious that the cheapest components and labor was used. I would not recommend The Aspect and I will be moving as soon as my lease allows.
Great staff I moved into The Aspect in August of last year and since then it has just been a very good experience. Anytime that I have something like a problem with any little thing they're quick to answer my call and fix things. The staff is amazing, kind and very helpful especially Elizabeth,the assistant manager, is always there to help with anything that you might need. I am very happy and plan on staying here for quite a while.
Great space and fairly modern The apartment complex is fairly new and they do a pretty good job of fixing things and keeping the grounds clean. My apartment is very well laid out (the canterbury) with big windows in the rooms and two closets in the master with garden tubs in both bathrooms. It's close enough to downtown, 35 and 71 that getting anywhere from here is pretty easy. Beautiful pool and grilling area.
Love this complex Moved in at the end of July. 2 months into the lease I am very happy with the complex. No noise issues, plenty of parking, affordable, maintenance is quick, and the leasing office employees are friendly and helpful. Pool and complex is well maintained, and the rooms are large and spacious. Only issue is the fitness center is out of date - not too many machines or weights to use but the new owners will hopefully update it. The fitness center is definitely still useable just not ideal. cityview The grounds are always kept clean and the pool is always crystal clear. The apartments are spacious and have the perfect roommate plans. Dog waste bags can be found throughout so it's perfect if you're a dog owner. Minutes from downtown and affordable. Love it!
Cityview Apartments East Austin I really enjoy the location and overall presentation of my community. There have been no problems with improvements except a few delays, communication is getting better when it comes to work orders. I think it would be great if we had fun resident events that included pets, and national holidays/themes each month!
Pretty decent Cityview apartments it's a great place to live w very nice people managing it...very clean and safe and also close to Down town....nice pool and gym and luckily not noicey kids running around ...the rent is a bit expensive though
Semi Retired I have been a resident here at Cityview Apartment Homes going on I believe about 8 years now. I love living here! As a matter of fact I have just renewed my lease for another year! Although over the years of living here things change however the staff always make you feel right at home no matter what the changes are. price is right, location is everything If you're looking for funky or unique, this is not the place for you. Cityview is a large complex, and the units just look like your average apartments. However, if you're willing to work with that blank canvas, I think Cityview provides great value for the price.
