The location gives a great ease of access to explore the entire city, while avoiding the major traffic. I will continue recommending The Aspect to friends and family considering a move to Austin

The entire Aspect team is always friendly and ready to help you with any issues you may have. I have lived here almost a year and have had very few issues that maintenance needed to address and they were resolved promptly, with no need to re-address anything. The floor plans are spacious and get so much natural light, and it is very close to downtown and south congress. I love the location... read more

Great size and... (Verified Renter) Great size and location of apartments for the cost. The finishes are very cheap though - in the 2 months I've lived here I've had to file 14 service requests for issues either noted at move in, or items newly breaking down. The maintenance team has been great and quickly responds to any issues.

The Aspect at... (Verified Renter) The Aspect at Cortland is a great community. The amenities are awesome, and you get a secluded feel, with only being 13 minutes away from downtown Austin.
