Extremely disappointed with the level of service received. I dropped off carpets for whipping and was assured that Jason would be in touch the following day with a quotation—no contact was made. I followed up in person the next week and was again told he would be in touch. Despite additional follow-up calls, over two weeks passed with no response or update from Jason or anyone at the office. I had a beautiful stair carpet fitted recently .. the whole experience was a joy ! Jason came out of his way to deliver samples, nothing was too much trouble. Ryan did a first class job with the fit .. I will definitely recommend and be back !
Really good experience with Jason and team. Took the time to come over with samples (during Christmas week no less!), great advice, personal service and a beautiful floor! We went for Amtico muted oak for the whole ground floor, and an Amtico checkered pattern with a border for the pantry (which gets so many compliments). The stair runner was also executed beautifully.
