I recently placed an order with Artona for my daughter’s Grade 7 school pictures. After completing my purchase, I reviewed the order and realized that I had accidentally selected the wrong photo pose. Although the mistake was completely my own, I contacted Artona Customer Support and had the pleasure of speaking with Natasha. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. Artona has HORRIBLE phototograpers. DO NOT USE THEM. AND SCHOOLS SHOULD NOT USE THEM. They don't pay attention or take time on kids. My son told me photographer took 1 sec to take his picture. Picture turned out horrible- hair was mess & eyes half closed. Is there no one to let kids know? HOW CAN ARTONA BE STILL in business.

Since our schools switched from Lifetouch to Artona the photos for both of my kids 2 years in a row look washed out. Hair messy and awkward poses. The previous place at least would have the lighting look natural and helped my daughter to fix her hair. Definitely not quality by any means.
