Been waiting for over two months for my grad photos and probably would been waiting even longer if I didn’t reach out today and inquire about them with the manger Ryan. I feel he truly has no business being a manger; he had no idea what was going on because he didn’t bother to look into the person handling my file that no longer works there. This company should not be set up to be taking photos at UVIC. They charged me a 75$ "deposit" and when I checked out for grad photos, the deposit only took 60$ off the order. Additionally, when I was filling in my information for the deposit, other people's personal information was autofilling on their ipad. This company raised serious transparency and security concerns and I would not take photos with them again.
Came with my friend for her graduation photo and was so incredibly happy with the experience. Our photographer gowdham was so patient and gave us great poses for the photos. The photos turned out amazing and we were all so happy leaving our photoshoot. I highly recommend coming on the weekend to have him as the photographer, was much better than when I had my grad shoot.
Arguably a terrible company for graduation photos. Their packages are priced exorbitantly, especially considering the poor quality of both the service and the final product. Moreover, the chances of receiving a good photo seem to depend entirely on whether you happen to get a decent photographer, and even then, results are far from guaranteed.
