Photos are mid. The prices are extremely expensive for what you get. The website and ordering is nearly impossible to navigate. The photographers were nice but not a place I would go to if I had a choice.
I got my graduation photos taken here, but they never uploaded all of them for me to purchase. I tried contacting them multiple times. I called around 10 times, left my number for a callback, sent emails, and even used their live chat, but I still received no response. This level of unresponsiveness is honestly frustrating and unprofessional, especially for something as important as grad photos.
