Tried charging £750 for cleaning and damages when the apartment was left tidier than how I found it absolute disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs! Update: A third party company had to review it and i then was charged £33 for moving out. Urban Evolution will try steal your money regardless of how the apartment is left. BEWARE! They're a horrible company with a bad history, they will try steal your money.
Just renewed my tenancy, staff over email are always helpful and seem very nice. Building is clean majority of the time. Beside a few times when tenants have caused vandalism. I do often see the concierge about tidying up. Although they based in Norfolk street, they are present in this building. Both concierges are extremely lovely, and helpful if I do have an issue that they can sort. However, had a few issues regarding repairs. I wish they would be a little fast at responding to repairs. DO NOT RENT HERE! Upon moving in I found 10+ issues with the flat, some of which needed repair, some of which I could sort myself. Shortly after moving in I found myself with a constant toilet leak and all my lights blowing out. In the contract it states they respond to emergency issues (E.g.: leaks) within 48hrs however I have been waiting for over 9 WEEKS. Having no response or clarity over the situation.
