First of all, the community employees who work here lied about what size refrigerator we were going to receive. When I confronted them about this, they said (and I paraphrase), 'It was explained that the refrigerators used for tours would not be the same ones used in the apartments'. This was a lie. It is very disorganized. The place is ran by college kids. Everyones fob that lets you get in the apartments stopped working last night. You just had to bang on the door until someone let you in or try to call someone. The parking garage is tiny. If you have guest you have to make them park on side of the street. There has been throw up on the ground for a week by the doors to get in (still there). The internet doesn't work or when it does work it is very slow.
Very unclear about what kind of apartment they will be living in. For example. Touring you around a 2 bedroom then putting you in a 4 bedroom that holds 5. Also maybe you guys should know who's moving into an apartment with college students so a 35 year old isn't rooming with a 18 year old. Scary things happen at these apartments.
Terrible apartments, first off they left off a lot of info when I signed my lease. Information that would have kept me from signing the contract in the first place. Secondly, when I moved in there was a ton of apartment appliances that were broken which I informed them about and they have yet to send someone to fix these busted items (mind you, I informed them about this 3 weeks ago & these are brand new apartments that just opened).
