I recently had a friend who deals with some mental health issues enter into a lease with these people with absolutely no income, no check stubs, and no prior W-2’s. Newtown approved the lease and contract. What a sham outfit. Lease should never have been accepted and all legal opinions are the lease is definitely void. However, Newtown still thinks lease is good. Beware folks, these people are nothing but greedy.Probably violated the ADA laws too.

We moved our daughter out over the summer. Rent paid on time for 4 years. On move in day the apartment was Filthy. Her bedroom door broken the room very filthy. We had to go to Home Depot to buy parts to repair the bedroom door and make it safe. My husband did the repairs. We spent over 8 hours cleaning the room and common areas. We also found roaches and then there were fleas. We reported everything. They did eventually have the place fumigated. The apartment was not in move in ready.
