We love it here. My family is pretty non-traditional when it comes to being students. My husband, our oldest son, and myself are all college students. We all live here with our 11 year old son, so we have an entire apartment. Everyone has been SO friendly and helpful. The staff in the office have even taken our youngest son under their wings and made him feel like part of The Arlie family. We have all had a great experience, and the apartment is gorgeous... Great place to live while you’re going to UTA, I would stay if I weren’t graduating.
The apartments are very modern and nice. Work orders are always completed within 48 hours. All apartments in the DFW are priced high so I can’t complain too much. They have those flats stoves that I like and a really big sink which are probably my favorite things (which is sad. Lol) fairly quiet community so far. Will probably renew if I can’t find a cheaper option, always my top priority as a college student. 2 things I wish they had : unfurnished options (or at least a storage area to store some of the unneeded furniture) ... read more
I received a demanding email saying that we owed a $131 balance. No one can tell me what the charges are for, but there is a 3 week deadline to pay it. I've emailed 3 times, and have only received an auto generated response that don't address the alleged balance.
This is place is great! It has good WiFi and a good environment. But unfortunately I have to move out to go to school elsewhere. I currently live in 4 bedroom and is looking for someone to take my room/lease. It’s really close to school and a shuttle can take you to the school and back. So you can walk or ride the shuttle it doesn’t matter. If you are interested message me so we can talk. To sweetened the deal I’ll throw in $100 to someone we can move in within 30 days of this post.
