New building, crowded area and lots of noise
The Ark is a well-designed building in a desirable location. Its residents and staff are all pleasant. We especially appreciate the tree in front of the building. Tian Tian supermarket offers fresh Asian groceries, and Sainsbury's provides excellent fresh orange juice.
For those who are considering to lease this property, you should read over my experience. The leasing company did not have the headlease from the land owning company at the time of April 2024. After waiting for 6 months, it was still not clear whether the issue would be resolved and we decided to withdraw. To give back our reservation fee, they asked us for proof of payment and vendor form information even though we are not a vendor.
