Worst GP surgery ever.
Long as I remember correctly reception is the biggest problem pure service-rudeness they don’t let you talk only what they say go emergency service hahaha
Albion is our surgery since many years, we have never had any problems at all. It’s a good surgery with a dedicated team of staff, always willing to help. We would like to give a special shout out to Ms. Louise. She is amazing with kids, and my daughter loves to see her.
My husband has been back and forth to the surgery for a continuous leg issue. Yesterday he was told by a paramedic who was on shift there is nothing more they can do and go A&E my husband has been in antibiotics for about 6/7 weeks they ended this week yet no mention of what he does now was mentioned (did paramedic sorry don’t know his name even check notes?) all he needed was to be referred back to ambulatory care where he was seen before and told to go back if nothing changes.
