Very Poor Service, Bought the recommended system which keeping beeping, was told i ned to upgrade at my cost so closed my account have now asked them to disarm the system (again at my cost) which they say they cannot do for three months WHICH i find unbelievable
A pleasurable experience from start to finish, I couldn't of wished for a better company. After a few false starts, Jan courteously and brilliantly explained what system we actually needed; I could help but laugh that we didn't actually need all the bells and whistles. That's important to note, as we did have other larger household names in the mix, but what they were offering didn't suit our circumstances.
