I cannot rate Mr Waterhouse highly enough for his skill, his artistry, his professionalism and - above all - his warm, caring and reassuring manner. As the Tina Turner song goes, Norman, you’re simply the best, and I look, and feel ten years younger, thanks to you!
I did not do the operation, I can only say I booked and paid 10 percent deposit, hospital for two nights stay is insanely expensive, 10k. Cancelled six weeks ahead, doctor squirmed and wiggled saying how he does not enjoy talking money yet for someone who doesn't , he definitely likes to keep on to your money, we talked about a 50 percent refund I barely got 40 percent after begging and calling again and again, greed is definitely a vice in my opinion, not a good impression at all , I would not go back to him ever
After consulting with several other doctors, I chose Dr. Janssen to perform a complex scar revision following previous surgery by another doctor that required extensive reconstruction. The entire team took incredible care of me. I’m now a few weeks post-surgery, and I’m so happy with the results. I can’t thank Dr. Janssen enough!
