Proper customer service, of the kind you don't see often. If you need shoes for a reason, these folks know their onions.
They don’t offer refunds and that’s not told to you in advance. When requesting a refund I got told ‘it is on the wall’.
I have just been in store with Simon who helped me find a new pair of running shoes. He was incredibly thorough, taking time to look closely at my feet, how I ran and what I needed. Not only this, but he spent time discussing my training and running goals with me. It was so incredibly helpful and valuable, and I’ve come away with a very comfortable pair of running shoes! Thank you Simon for your time, definitely recommend visiting the team here.
I've used this shop for many years in its various locations and I've always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to exchange my last purchase because I bought half a size too small and, despite having run twice in them, I was able to exchange for the correct size. I wasn't expecting to be able to do this, but found their customer service to be excellent. I will be back for my next pair in about a year!!
Really good experience in store, Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great range of shoes. Pleasent environment. Finding parking is a little difficult
