Really good range and friendly service.
Spoke with Andy today who was very helpful and knowledgable. Went through a thorough process of understanding my foot size, shape, stability, posture and personal preferences. Left with a very comfy pair of trainers ready for my next run! I’ll be back when I wear these out. Thanks Andy! :)
To be honest, I was bracing myself when I took my son here to buy new running shoes. The customer service can be dreadful. Must have caught them on a good day because they were very helpful. In and out in half an hour.
Excellent experience in this store and will most definitely return when my current shoes need replacing. I presented into the store with an issue with my current Hoka's and perhaps some ideas of my own as to why this was. After 15 minutes in the store, the actual reason for the issue had been diagnosed, a range of better fitting shoes suggested and I promptly purchased one of them. This was over 2 months ago now and those same shoes have propelled me to my first half marathon and my first mid-distance fell run with no issues... read more
