The Wealthify Senior Leadership Team had the most fantastic day of activities at Acres, from team navigation and rescuing Deborah, to an amazing breathing workshop with Chris, then finishing off the day with cold water therapy. We were pushed to our extremes, but Chris and Josh made us feel that we could accomplish anything! Thanks for a super day Chris, Josh and Peggy - we will be back stronger than ever!
Josh & the team took Pontypridd United Women through a team building and fitness session during our season. It was a cold Thursday evening but that didn’t stop the high level of enthusiasm, challenge and enjoyment that spread amongst the team almost immediately. The level of challenge was perfect, the staff were outstanding and by the end of our two hours everyone was tired, soaking wet but all asking when can we come back? We will be back and we can’t wait. Thanks again Josh, it was a brilliant evening
Josh and Chris at the Green Mile Camp put together a day that exceeded all expectations for the group! From start to finish the attention to detail was absolutely superb and no member of the team felt left out. Everything was tailored specifically to meet people where there at regardless of injuries which meant a real team atmosphere was created. All in all a great day for us to step outside our comfort zone, work together as a team to become more physically and mentally resilient.
Josh and the team at Acres provided us with a fantastic experience. 20 intrepid members of Cardiff Triathletes turned up on a freezing cold January morning, full of eagerness and not a clue what would lie ahead. We were all so impressed by the delivery of the session, starting with a proper warm up which was a must on such a cold day. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. From the moment me and my team stepped into the yoga studio (our office for the day) we immediately felt the wow factor, the stunning views the immaculate set up and the preparation put together by the Acres team was impressive. The day went on and didn’t let us down.
