I have finally given up and found a new GP. I never managed to see the same GP twice, appointments impossible to book and you are lucky if someone actually calls you back when you finally have a phone appointment. Referrals never went through and were not followed up. It used to be better…now not sustainable. Very sad!
This gp is fabulous! I’ve experienced both professionalism, quality, and genuine care from both the doctors and receptionists and nurses. It’s honestly frustrating see some people leave 1-star reviews simply because they expect private, VIP treatment. If they expect so much maybe they should pay for it!! It’s gone from clap for the nhs to slap the nhs!
Best receptionist service ever. Very helpful and very polite. Sad to see the one star reviewers have such a miserable life. Would recommend!
Today I had a horrible experience at this surgery after 26 years I've never been treated so disrespectfully by someone who called themselves the practice administrator I believe. There was no empathy for my disability and I felt discrimination for having autism . I was or less told to leave the surgery. There administration is poor and I am never listened to .
