Just started renting with the Accommodation Bureau Bodmin. Really helpful and easy process. We were helped by Shannon, Becci and Stacy but everyone seemed friendly and approachable. Would recommend.
I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Accommodation Bureau Bodmin. The team has been professional and responsive throughout my tenancy, and the move-in process was smooth. They were clear with communication, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Can safely say the accommodation bureau have been the best agency I’ve ever used (and I’ve moved a few times in the last 6 years!). They are always helpful, kind and understanding. Special shout out to Lee, Sophie & Rob for dealing with my tenancy, you’ve all been fantastic.
The whole experience was easy and straight forward, from the initial viewing to signing contracts and moving in. Bodmin team were very helpful and informative. My only gripe is that potential tenants should be warned from the outset not to go near homebox.
Very professional and well run office! Anytime we had problems, they were quickly managed and no hassle or problems. Would happily use again if needed
