I've been living in the development for the last few months. Although it is beautiful and the Sales Team is very nice and supportive, the City & Country is failing to deliver against the promise of 'luxurious living'. We are facing a serious soundproofing issue in our apartment (we can hear EVERY step of our upstairs neighbours, kitchen blender or washing machine) which is impacting our mental health and well-being as we are not able to properly rest in our own place. Great Housing, Nice Area, The Park they are building looks very nice and the outside of the apartments also look very nice.
Calming and beautiful place. I cannot wait to feel the area once all development is all finished.
