Karen is wonderful, very supportive
Karen has been the best consultant for me she so patientand always only a text away and she supportive also Karen helped me to lose 8 Stone in 2021 and wouldn’t of been able to do it without her support 100% recommend
Really enjoy being one of Karen 's clients. She is firm but super supportive. She is there as a diet specialist for the 1-1 Cambridge Diet but always remembers you're a person with life and a family too. Oh and yeah, if your prepared to put the effort in and stick to your diet, it's a brilliant diet that really works.
I spoke with someone called Dominic. Organised numerous times to meet but never turned up then when questioned he ignored and wasted time. Complete fool waste of money don’t use him!
