The 1:1 diet I started as I wasn't happy how I was looking and with pcos I was finding it hard to manage weight . When I started and met fiona she had been amazing . Always there at the other end of the phone if any problems. The products are amazing and taste delicious. I'm now 2 stone down and that's help with the one to one you have . Best decision I have ever made joining and meeting fiona .
