Emma has been supremely supportive on my weight loss journey. Always there at the end of the phone, in regular contact with helpful suggestions. Our weekly WhatsApp meetings have been invaluable.
I'm new to the 1:1 plan so excited to try everything! I think the raspberry water flavouring is lovely, not too sweet. I don't put a whole teaspoon in the water as I find just half works well and is enough flavour. The vegetable flavouring is wonderful! I always feel fuller after something hot and this is really delicious. It keeps me going in between meals. An expert and role model on the one2one maintaining her own weight loss, she has encouraged my losses and challenged my thinking when there have been tougher temptations to face!
