Thandy is excellent , very competent and caring. Also a lovely person with a great sense of humour. I highly recommend her.

I took my Dad, aged 82, and Thandy immediately spotted that his big toes were red and swollen, caused by ingrowing toe nails which she calmly dealt with, talking gently to my Dad all the time. She also noticed what foot wear he was wearing and approved of his boots which supported his ankle. Thandy is a true and kind professional.

Disappointing. I decided to see a private podiatrist, and went by the good reviews, however my condition with my toenail was dismissed and not investigated thoroughly despite my concern it was negated when I told her I had a strange itchy sensation under my toenail- I was told it was nothing and the nail would grow out. I could have got the same advise from a pedicurist. Two weeks later I found myself in A&E with a terrible infection that had been undiagnosed . I called about an appointment. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly but said someone would call me back. 8 weeks later I’m still waiting. Luckily I was able to go elsewhere.
