i had a good service collecting my parcel with no bother giving my name and adress, came to collect another and was rudely spoken to, asked if i had ID and i said no as i am underage and asked for passport and i said it was out of date amd she asked my adrees and mame i gave it was rudley told i couldnt pick it up even though i had recipes and proof and then got shoved at me and told to get out as they where closing in 30 minutes but told me not to come back untill i had ID
