This practice is the worst that I have ever registered in my life avoid at all cost I am currently in a very serious complaint against them as they have refused to provide medical appointments, access to my GP app and medications, the people are rude and honestly I don’t think anyone knows what they are doing! Worst practice ever!!!

both 'DR .. montero & lamond are amazing ! they listen , explain , talk through results & explain what treatment is needed ....promptly refer if necessary . pleasure to see them , pity we don't have more like them .
We inquired whether they were currently accepting new patients in person, and were informed by a staff member that they were, and that we could submit the required documents directly at the clinic. Based on this information, we visited the clinic one evening with all necessary paperwork prepared. However, a different staff member informed us that only online registrations were being accepted, despite our explanation that we had been previously advised to come in person.
